About Klassika

Klassika manufactures disposable paper cups, bags, boxes of various kinds and labels. We promote environmentally friendly products for today's customers who want to be closer to nature.

Our story began in 1999. Quick to embrace everything new, Klassika became the first paper cup manufacturer in Kazakhstan. We were also the first in Kazakhstan to pass the audit and receive Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000 — the benchmark for food safety management. The certificate confirms that our paper cups and bags meet the requirements of international food standards.

Today we run a modern equipment fleet. Continuous investment in production keeps our capacity growing and our range expanding. In our work we are guided first of all by our customers' needs and do everything to respond to them quickly.

Delivery and FAQ

How long does it take to make custom printed cups?

Cups take 2 weeks to make, the minimum run is 1,000 pcs. We can offer a rush order made in 7 days at a higher price.

Can I order 100–200 cups?

Yes. But they will cost the same as the minimum run of 1,000 pcs: full-colour printing cannot be done in smaller runs for production reasons.

What is the difference between single-wall and double-wall cups?

Single-wall cups are made of one layer of paperboard and suit both hot and cold drinks. Double-wall cups are designed for hot drinks: the air gap between two layers makes a hot cup comfortable to hold.

I need a 300 ml cup, but you only have 350 ml?

Volume markings can differ slightly between manufacturers. If needed, we can print a 300 ml mark, so you can order these cups with confidence.

Which printing method do you use?

We use two methods depending on the run size: offset printing for relatively small runs (under 50,000 cups) with very high, almost photographic quality — the method we use most often; and flexography, which makes sense only for runs over 100,000 pcs: it lowers the cup price, but the image quality is lower than offset.

Can I order a colour proof?

Yes, please ask a manager about the cost.

Where can I pick up my order?

Our production site, office and warehouse are at 174/15 Raiymbek Ave, Almaty.

What is the minimum run for products with a logo?

The minimum run for food packaging and printing on square-bottom bags is 200 pcs; for cups — 1,000 pcs.

What file format do you need for the logo?

To make branded packaging, please provide your logo as a vector file.

Can I order if I am in another city?

Yes. Delivery to other regions is made by freight companies and paid by the customer.

Which inks do you use?

We use water-based inks. They are suitable for food packaging and environmentally friendly.

Do you deliver in Almaty?

Delivery is free for orders from 500,000 ₸; for orders below 500,000 ₸ — pickup.

How can I get samples of bags and food packaging?

You can visit us at our address, or we can deliver samples by courier.
